PAYMENT

Payment Methods

Portugal: You can pay your order or appointment by MBWay, ATM Reference and Visa or Mastercard credit card.

 

Europe: You can pay your order or appointment by credit card Visa or Mastercard.

 

To pay by MBWay which allows you to make purchases and bank transfers through mobile devices, simply enter your cell phone number in the field indicated. Deadline for payment by MBWAY is 5 minutes.

If you choose to pay by bank reference, we will send you by email the entity, reference and amount. Deadline for payment by ATM reference is 24 hours.

For payments by MBWay and ATM Reference, if you exceed the payment limit, your order is considered cancelled and you must repeat the operation or contact us.

 

If you prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, there will be a field that you must fill with your card number. The payment is processed by the Stripe company thus guaranteeing maximum security and there is no sharing of card information with Oficina do Doce or any other entity. Your order will be immediately processed as soon as you make the payment.

 

The processing of the order only happens when the payment is made, regardless of the payment method.

 

Shipping & Delivery Portugal Continental

Order processing only takes place when payment is made, regardless of payment method.

 

The order is delivered the next working day by a carrier. Orders submitted and paid from Monday to Thursday until 12:00 noon from mainland Portugal will be shipped for receipt the next working day. Orders submitted and paid on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesdays.

 

In order to ensure that the product reaches your hands with maximum validity, we do not deliver on Mondays.

 

Shipping & Delivery Spain

The processing of the order only happens when the payment is made.

 

The order is delivered the next working day by a carrier. Orders submitted and paid from Monday to Thursday until 12:00 noon from mainland Portugal will be shipped for receipt the next working day. Orders submitted and paid on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesdays.

 

In order to ensure that the product reaches your hands with maximum validity, we do not deliver on Mondays.

 

In case of incorrect address or from the 2nd attempt of delivery is charged the value of €2 for the additional address.

Shipping and Delivery Europe by air

The processing of the order only happens when the payment is made.

 

The order is delivered within 24 to 48 working hours by a carrier. Orders submitted and paid until 12h from mainland Portugal will be shipped for receipt between 24 to 48 working hours. Orders submitted and paid on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered from Tuesday.

 

In order to ensure that the product reaches your hands with maximum validity, we do not deliver on Monday.

 

In case of correction/change of address is necessary, an additional charge of €6.25 will be added.

Shipping and Delivery Eurupo by land

The processing of the order only happens when the payment is made.

 

The order is delivered within 3 to 5 working days by a carrier. Orders submitted and paid until 12h from mainland Portugal will be shipped for reception between 3 to 5 working days.

 

In order to ensure that the product reaches your hands with maximum validity, we do not deliver on Monday.

 

In case of need of correction/change of address, a value of €6.25 will be added.

Workshop Booking Confirmation

The appointment is only confirmed after payment has been made.

 

If you exceed the payment limit, your appointment is automatically cancelled and you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the appointment. You must repeat the process to schedule another appointment and follow the instructions and payment deadline or contact us to generate a new payment (MBWay and ATM Reference).

Invoices

The invoice is automatically sent to your email, regardless of whether you have acquired an experience or products. If you purchase products, the invoice is also sent in paper format with the order.

Obtain invoice on behalf of the Company

To receive the invoice in the company’s name, during the Checkout, you must fill in the name and the NIF / NIPC (portuguese VAT identification nunber) of your company – delivery Portugal Continental

To offer

In case of an offer, please fill in your billing details at Checkout and if applicable, select the option to send to a different address, adding the shipping details information.

 

You should also fill in the “Purchase Orders” field with the indication that the invoice has been sent to the email only. If you wish you can also leave a message to send in a personalized postcard at no additional cost, with a maximum of 200 characters.

WEBSITE REGISTRATION

Create account

You do not need to create an account on the site to make online purchases, but if you do, you will have access to your previous orders and avoid having to always fill out the shipping and/or billing data for each order you place, as these are stored in your account.

How to recover the password

Click “enter” at the top right of the main page.

Click “Recover“.

Enter your username or email and click “Reset Password”.

The email for the password change will be sent to your account’s email address. Please wait at least 10 minutes before trying another password change.

In the email you received, click “Click here to change your password” and reset your password.

HOW TO BUY

How to buy products

To buy products you must access the online shop and choose the products you want.

If you click on “Buy” the product is automatically added to the cart.

If you want to know more about the products and have access to additional and nutritional information, click on the product.

Select the amount of units and the format you want and click on add to cart.

After selecting all the products you want, access the cart icon on the top bar. If you have a coupon, this is the phase where you should apply it. You still have the option to add more or less units, delete products from the cart, or continue shopping. If you are satisfied with the selected products, click “Checkout”.

At checkout you will have to fill in your details. To learn more about payment methods access the field “PAYMENT”.

How to buy experiences for private individuals

To book experiences in Aveiro access the field “Experiences > Private” or the online shop and select the category “Experiences in Aveiro”. During the Covid-19 period, the maximum capacity in the Oficina do Doce is 15 people. During the normal season it is 50 people.

It is no longer allowed to make appointments 12 hours before the experience. The block of hours is blocked automatically. If you want to book, you should contact +351 234 098 840 to make the booking if there are still available.

Ovos Moles de Aveiro Workshop

Select the number of children and adults.

Select the day. Days marked in red are unavailable.

After marking the day, you must select the desired time. If the time blocks do not indicate the remaining number of available seats, it is because no visit has been scheduled for that time yet. If you do not reach the maximum number of appointments, the time block becomes available for others.

You should then click on “Book Now” and go to the cart. If you have a coupon, this is the stage where you should apply it. You still have the option to add and delete products from the cart or continue shopping.
If you are satisfied, click on “Checkout”.

At checkout you will have to fill in your details. To learn more about payment methods access the “Payment” field.

Ovos Moles de Aveiro Workshop (Family Pack)

This pack already includes 2 tickets for children and 2 tickets for adults, but you can add more people.

This set of experiences includes the Workshop of Ovos Moles de Aveiro at Oficina do Doce and a trip of Moliceiro.

The selected hours are exclusive for the Ovos Moles de Aveiro Workshop. Moliceiro’s trip schedule is subject to the partner’s availability and we will confirm it as soon as possible.

You must go to the Oficina do Doce to receive a voucher with your booking ID to be used as proof for our partners of Moliceiros.

This set of experiences includes the Workshop of Ovos Moles de Aveiro at Oficina do Doce and a Moliceiro trip for 2 adults and 2 children (you can add more people to the pack), 2 packs of Ovos Moles 250g and 1 Wooden Barrel with Ovos Moles Cream nº2 that will be delivered at the end of the visit.

The selected hours are exclusive for the Aveiro Egg Workshop. Moliceiro’s trip schedule is subject to the partner’s availability and we will confirm it as soon as possible.

Submit requests for information about Experiences for groups

In the main menu bar you should go to “Experiences > Groups“.

On this page you will find information about the available routes and our partners.

Click on “Find out more” in the script that best suits the group. After a short general description of the route, click again on the “Learn more” button.

Fill in the fields with the necessary general information.

There are already previously selected activities, but you can deselect them and/or select others.
Then submit the information request.

We will contact you as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Experiences Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the trial with full refund. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, there will be no refund.

How to preserve the products

It should take account of how the products are kept. You should check the label of the ordered items and follow the instructions.

The prices of the products available in the online shop are the same as the prices of Fabridoce’s Factory Shop.
