Oficina do Doce is a brand and a space of the Fabridoce universe, an Aveirense company founded in 1989 and specialized in confectionary of excellence.
During its 30 years of existence, Ovos Moles de Aveiro, Fios de Ovos, Pão de Ló and other conventual confectionary have been delighting consumers. In the last decade, we have extended the range of products with the production of biscuits and in 2013 we launched the brand Gelados de Portugal made only with Portuguese ingredients.
Fabridoce has been an SME Excellence for 9 consecutive years, IFS certified since 2012 and employs almoust 100 employees.
Oficina do Doce is a learning space and shares
historically faithful and representative of local reality.
In our workshops you will be able to learn live, with a lot of energy, the most traditional way of making Ovos Moles. The most daring, these, will have the opportunity to experience their art as old-fashioned confectioners, filling and cutting those sweets with maritime designs.
This space also has a physical and online shop where you can buy our delicious delicacies.
