This new packaging was developed by APOMA (Associação dos Produtores dos Ovos Moles de Aveiro) with the aim of giving prestige to one of the greatest icons of Portuguese sweets and one of the main flagships of Aveiro.


Born in the 16th century in the Convent of Jesus of Aveiro, they are obtained by joining the egg yolk with a sugar syrup and the traditional know-how, following the conventual recipe transmitted in secret over generations.


Product obtained by adding egg yolk to sugar syrup, following the traditional method of preparation.
