Ovos Moles Workshop
The curiosity about the origin of Ovos Moles has attracted over the last decade thousands of people every year to the Oficina do Doce to participate in our workshops. In a simple and enthusiastic way, we share the journey of the delicacy from its origins in Catholic convents in the 16th century to the present day.
Throughout the year, we welcome schools, senior universities, groups of companies, groups of friends and families eager to learn, prepare and taste a genuine Ovo Mole de Aveiro. We look forward to your visit!
